CNBC'S "CLOSING BELL"It's about time! Years ago, I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Business Finance, worked with the mutual fund traders at American Express Financial, traded stocks and options at Piper Jaffray (now U.S. Bank), foresaw the collapse of AOL when Time Warner bought it and got out before the tech bubble burst; I studied twenty dense financial mathematical textbooks to take the brutal 8-hour Chartered Financial Analyst Exam, and I've been trading ever since... But not until NOW, November 24, 2008, did CNBC, the financial news network, FINALLY comment on how clever I am! (Yes, I'm being silly.) (A little Background: This weekend, the U.S. government used $20 billion+ from the Congressional/Treasury "TARP" Rescue Plan to keep Citibank from going bankrupt. Citibank is paying $400 million to rename the new Mets "Shea" Stadium.) The clip at right is playable. Make sure your sound is not muted. |
